The sustainable mental synthesis guideline, better known as Estidama New Buildings guideline (ENBG), is a set of standards created by Estidama in collaboration with The Emirate of Abu Dhabi Department of municipal affairs, The Environment Agency of Abu Dhabi and The Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council (UPC) that lays out the introductory requirements for any future commercial or residential developments to be made.
