Abstract
integration Products Corporation (IPC) has grown over the last five years. Since its growth, corporate executives felt the need to nourish its asset from the vulnerabilities that tend to brass instrument big corporations. A new CSO was hired to develop a metrics political platform to identify these vulnerabilities and to develop a stick out to protect corporate assets through a sound Security Metrics Management Program, a Corporate Asset defense Plan and stringent Security Education, Training Assessment object. This make-up identifies the basic steps to help mitigate vulnerability risks, protect employees and corporate assets to ensure future corporate growth.

The corporation, as an entity operating a business, is in the seem line of attack for litigation from every conceivable source. If the gild loses a lawsuit, all of its assets are available for collection. Because of this, a tender Corporate Asset Protection Plan (CAPP) and a workable Security Metrics Management Program (SMMP) strategy mustiness be adopted for the corporation as well as for the individual.



Executives at IPC ask a way to track and untouchable their corporate asset, ensuring that the expense of the program would be justified by the benefits achieved. By developing and incorporating a security metrics program it is intended to embed security deeper into the corporate culture, meaning that security awareness is an important component.  Information security will move around business-as-usual after the implementation program is completed, but the need for amount and continuous improvement will persist indefinitely.  IPC needed more than than conventional program or project management metrics. They needed a CSO who can envision and develop a plan that would ensure success.
