On September 11, 2008, sess bans for semi popular establishments in papa went into effect. Pennsylvania was the thirty sixth commonwealth to enforce such a ban (Pennsylvania Smoking Bans). These bans pretend everyone in some way, restaurant and bar owners, smokers and non smokers. Sure, pot is a persons personal choice, but what about nonsmokers? Should nonsmokers be forced to inhale second hand smoke in public places? Personally, I happen to be a nonsmoker, and I like some of the bans. I feel for the smokers though, some of the laws argon a bit out of hand. If I were an addicted smoker, I wouldnt want to go outside in the icy just to feel a cigarette. Fortunately, the general publics wellness comes first, and the bans will safeguard our healthy smoke clean-handed citizens from the harmful effects of the smokers bad habit.
