Interviewing and Interrogation
The difference between an converse and interrogative sentence is that an hearing is when you are questioning witnesses that are not suspects in a crime but who knows about the crime or the flock mixed. An interrogation is questioning those battalion suspected of direct or indirect involvement in a crime. The main cultivation of the two is to obtain the truth. They must determine and identify those involved or responsible for the crime and to eliminate the innocent people from being a suspect.
Interviewing involves talking to and questioning people, and getting the information, as well as being able to read between the lines. It is best to interview the witnesses separate. They first interview the victim, then the eyewitnesses, and last the people that did not actually see the crime, but have relevant information.
With the interrogation process it is usually more difficult than interviewing the witnesses or the victim. sometimes the suspect may present a statement, or change surface a confession. When this happens it is easier to produce a guilty plea or obtain a conviction. The most critical thing is to make sure that you do not violate the suspects constitutional rights so that the information that you get is admissible in court.
Before a suspect is interrogated the military officer must give the Miranda Warning. The Miranda Warning consists of say the suspect you have the right to remain silent, to have an attorney present, and if they can not afford a private attorney a state appointed attorney can be provided for them. They also must be warned that anything they say can be used against them in the court. The Miranda Warning is the Fifth Amendment. You are except required to use this before questioning not during fingerprinting, or anything else. Tis does not prevent the suspect from talking it just informs the suspect of their constitutional rights.
