Throughout history various people have been victims of oppression. populace put up resistance for being persecuted for their beliefs, race, and/or nationality. If you were to relish at the psychological needs of people, it would be easy to envision why they argon trying to survive and bring roughly change. In some cases it involves violence in the gain of a revolution and at other times it is displayed a supine behavior hoping that the situation will change. No matter what form it takes individuals want to survive and tell about the atrocities that occurred and how the situation changed. The unsophisticated act of trying to stay alive while captors are attempting to kill you is a form of resistance. Deliberately being difficult or ignoring the law is passive resistance. Whether a person decides to sentinel a site, nor eat, or give information about the enemy to authorities, they must accept the consequences for their act. The higher one climbs the more moderation and self-fulfillment one receives. The lower ones climbs the more potential for regression. unmatchable becomes more empty and less able to resist.
Drawing from Maslows theory of need fulfillment, the movie Gandhi portrayed this great piece of music being passively resistant. His story began with being thrown absent a train in South Africa for being Indian.



Gandhi contumacious to start a non violent protest because he knew the laws were base on bias against Indians. He is arrested several times and the government activity ultimately relents and recognizes the rights of Indians. This was the beginning of his lifes fight against injustice.
Gandhi returned to India about a hero and was urged to follow his dream of independence of India from striking Britains rule. He organized a non-violent non-cooperative campaign on a large scale. There was violence against the protesters and he was enwrapped several times. This campaign generated a lot of attention and Britain ultimately gives India its independence.
