Change Theory 6 Stages I never knew near the changes that people go through, but as I watched the video display it reminds of the changes my own life, the changes my children go through etc. The six stages of changes are; pre-contemplation, contemplation, planning/ determination, action, tutelage, relapse. The past few years I have g mavin(p) through at least five of these changes in unlike areas of my life. About five years ago I ready myself laid off and not able to support my family. In pre contemplation stage I knew things were bad, but tried to issue it since many people were going through tough times, and I figure everything would go back to normal. I tried the consumption agency doing hard labor with barely becoming, so was forced to moved back home 1500 miles away to be go nearly the family as time were tough. In contemplation stage, I knew something had to change, and I wouldnt dare ask anyone for help or feel disconcert for not being able to provide for my family, I matte helpless. In the preparation/determination stage, I said enough is enough; I begin to explore and research some small business opportunities with little investment that I faeces force back into. I spent days and nights researching; I was fixed to move from the situation I was in, yet cautious about what I get into.

In the Action stage I started a hot dog cart business in the downtown area, I was only one of the few in my area, so it worked out great, and the following year I exchange my little cart and upgraded to a much bigger one which I partially built with all the bells and whistles. In the maintenance stage I continue to use my carts for all sorts of events. instantly because of the popularity of the 2 other carts in the downtown area, everyone decided to get one, in which they did. All of the sudden we have carts everywhere, so I sold my cart. For a little while I had nonentity and looking back now it felt like I was relapsing into my unemployed days, but I didnt, thank God.
